Paycom’s Expense Management setups automatically send approved employee expenses to payroll for deduction and calculations during each pay period. However, since employees can’t add attendees while submitting expenses, payroll calculations have to be manually adjusted each cycle.
To save payroll teams an estimated ~20 hours a month in manual payroll tasks, match competitor functionality (and help employees stack credit card points by picking up the team lunch tab), we devised a mobile-first responsive expense form that supports the addition of attendees, splits, and multiple labor allocations to expenses.
